You can view a full delivery quote for your basket and shipping address in the checkout. All charges shown include any applicable tax and duty. State tax is calculated in the checkout.

All items are sent from our UK workshops and should arrive within 2-5 business days of dispatch. Items are typically sent together via a tracked service with DHL, or via FedEx for higher-value orders going to the USA.

Returns

This item is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.

Please be aware we cannot accept returns of wastes once they have been plumbed in.

Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees and a 10% restocking fee.

We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.

Any damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
