New York
We are looking for a well-organised and highly-motivated Design & Project Coordinator to join our New York showroom team. The role supports both our Showroom Manager and Design Manager, helping to coordinate deVOL kitchen projects and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the first customer enquiry through to final delivery.
You’ll be involved in many parts of the process, working closely with the managers, design team, customers, and our UK teams, to keep projects on track and running smoothly. It is important that you enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in staying organised and meeting deadlines. An interest in interiors or kitchen design would be an additional bonus, but not essential.
At deVOL, we design and make beautiful kitchens with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience. You’ll be part of a highly motivated and experienced team based in our Bond Street showroom, helping to bring kitchen projects to life for customers across the US. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-growing company.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Design Coordination
You’ll help the showroom and design managers with day-to-day coordination - from arranging appointments and managing enquiries to guiding customers through the showroom and preparing quotes. You’ll also help keep records up to date and share regular updates with the team.
- Project Coordination
Once a project has been commissioned, you’ll help keep everything on track and make sure timelines are realistic, keeping customers and all necessary internal teams in the loop throughout the process to ensure the project runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Customer Delivery & Aftercare
Along with arranging the delivery, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for customers (and our delivery partners) during and after delivery. Working with the Showroom Manager, you’ll help resolve any issues and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
- Operations & Logistics
You’ll coordinate with our UK dispatch and logistics teams, helping schedule projects, plan deliveries and shipments, and make sure we’re working efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accounts & Invoicing
You’ll support our accounts team by helping manage invoices and payments, and checking all payments have been received at the correct stage of the process.
We would love you to have:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Experience in coordination, admin, and logistics, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
- Confidence using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- A team player who’s reliable and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- An interest in interior or kitchen design is a plus.
Compensation for this role will range from $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, or qualifications.
To apply for this role, please send your resume and a covering letter to us.careers@devolkitchens.com.

- Monitoring and answering general inquiries emails (depending on experience).
- Assisting with any showroom sales, including antique pieces, in addition to any deVOL products, which are sold directly out of the showroom.
- Preparing brochures and paint sample requests for mail collections.
We would love you to have:
