Payments

All payments must be made by debit or credit card using the secure third-party system at the end of the shop checkout process. deVOL does not receive or hold on to any payment details entered by the customer.

 

E & OE

Errors and Omissions Excluded: It is customers' responsibility to check the quantities, prices, delivery charges and lead times for all items in their basket thoroughly. Customers should not assume that parts are included if they are not specifically described in the item description. deVOL is not legally bound to honour products advertised in error and retains the right to cancel orders and issue refunds if errors or omissions become apparent.

 

Guarantee

deVOL is pleased to guarantee all of its manufacturing and finishing techniques. i.e. all glued joints, all screw fixings, assembled components. Customers should be aware that there is a natural variation of colour and grain in all timbers. Customers should be aware that there may be slight variations in size and finish on all deVOL handmade products, owing to the batch processes in which they are made. Living metal finishes on all deVOL products may also change naturally over time and with use. 

 

Delivery

Delivery is currently available to the USA and Canada, please visit our UK website if you wish to place an order from outside of these regions.

We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2 working days but may take longer during busy periods. Items that are made to order have lead times and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. Please check the lead times provided on each product page before placing your order as they may change during periods of high demand.

Orders will only be dispatched when all items are ready. If you wish to receive your items as soon as possible, please consider placing them as separate orders. We will notify you as soon as possible if we expect any additional delays on your items. All accessories are dispatched from our workshops in the UK and should arrive with you within 72 hours.

Our items are classified as either ‘Standard’, ‘Large’ or 'Extra Large' and are subject to different delivery rates on this basis. Standard items are only subject to one charge per order, however Large and Extra Large items are charged per item. Please check the ‘Delivery’ drop down window on each product page to determine an item’s delivery classification.

Delivery will be automatically calculated during the checkout process so if you are uncertain about what you will pay, simply add the items to your basket and enter your address in the first step of the checkout. You will receive email confirmation with tracking information for your order once it has been dispatched.

Returns

Most of our accessories are eligible for return within 28 days, bespoke items and product samples are not eligible for returns. If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent then we will issue a refund for the cost of the item less a 10% restocking fee and excluding any delivery fees. Please contact us at returns@devolkitchens.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return before posting them.

Please note we cannot accept returns for any taps that have plumbed in. 

If any items in your order arrive damaged or broken, please contact us directly at websales@devolkitchens.co.uk to arrange a replacement within 7 days of receiving your items.

deVOL cannot take responsibility for the return postage cost of items or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. 

If you need to amend your order after you've placed it please contact us at websales@devolkitchens.co.uk as quickly as possible as we are unable to make any changes to orders that have already been processed by our UK workshop.
