This old french earthenware pâté mould would have been used to cook delicious homemade terrines and pâtés, most likely somewhere in rural France. It has a lovely brown glaze and would look amazing in a traditional farmhouse kitchen. We're not really sure if it is still oven proof but it certainly was at one point, even if you don't use it to make pâté it would still a really lovely thing to have in the house. It is quite heavy and is a very substantial size so we think it would just perfect to keep all your eggs in.
