Its such a great project to be involved in, i love it, we have access to all his thousands of images of Sri-Lanka, the people, and the food. Our job is to create a wonderful book that not only shows his recipes and incredible photography, but gives people a flavor of what it is like to live among the locals of Sri-Lanka, cook on the beach listening to Bob Marley and surf everyday.
